Tammy Fry is lead instructor of the 2020 Teacher Education program, part of the Center for Advanced Professional Studies in the Blue Valley School District, in Overland Park, Kansas. This program will immerse students in 21st century skills as they participate in real classrooms for observation and hands-on applications and will allow them to be part of transformational teacher preparation programs and practices. Mentorships and cooperation with community, business partners, universities, and current teachers will enhance this opportunity which will focus heavily on the integration of technology.
Ms. Fry has been immersed in the field of education for 27 years in a variety of roles: cooperating teacher for several student teacher candidates, teacher in private and public settings including middle school, high school, and community college, and as a trainer in both district and other professional development arenas.

The Loti Framework refers to Level of Technology Implementation designed to accurately measure authentic classroom technology use. LoTi is a valuable resource for the development of district- and building-level technology plans and leaders.
