We are proud to recognize the following CAPS seniors who have received scholarships:
Beth Houghton, CAPS Law student, was awarded the Presidential Scholarship for Eastern Illinois. This award is a full-ride and Beth is one of only 25 recipients nation-wide.
Fiona Kerr, CAPS Interactive Design student, won a 75% tuition scholarship to Stephens. Fiona wrote to her instructor, Leah Karchin, “Thank you so much for all your help! You have helped me grow so much as a person and as a designer, I have no doubt that the opportunities you have given me contributed to my success.”

Chase Sossi, third semester CAPS Teacher Education student, has been selected as the recipient of the Elberta Harris Education Department Scholarship for 2012-13 at Emporia State University. He joins fellow CAPS Teacher Alumni who have been recipients for the past two years, Pam Berne, 2009-10, and Carolyn Wallace, 2010-11.
